2000s Flower Print Yellow Midi Skirt

• From the early 2000s, has a stretchy waist, has two layers

• Brand: no tag (possibly wrapper)

• Tag Size: fit's like a women's small / medium

WAIST: 25in-32in (12.5in laying flat & 16in stretched)

HIPS: 30in-37in (15in  laying flat & 18.5in pulled)

LENGTH: almost 27in (measured from the side) 

• The waist has some elastic, light weight fabric, it has 2 layers (bottom layer is a slip, the top layer is sheer)!  The skirt is in preloved worn condition, the top sheer fabric has small scuffs and snags.
