• Has a elastic waist band, the rest of the fabric is light weight with no stretch.(A little sheer) In vintage preloved / flawed condition, the shorts have tons of light yellow stains all over (thighs / hips & in-between thighs / crotch). The string on the waist band is also loose and will need to get re-sewn back on. I was unable to remove the stains.
