• 2 layers! the top layer is a sheer fabric, the bottom layer is a slip. Stretchy fabric, this skirt is in preowned condition. The sheer fabric has some snags, the bottom layer has several stains that I was unable to remove. (they are not noticeable while wearing the skirt)
