Vintage 90s Funky Striped Abstract  Print Midi Skirt

• From the late 90s, has a stretchy waist, sheer two layers

HIPS: 37in-45in (18.5in  laying flat & 22.5in pulled)

LENGTH: over 28in (measured from the side) 

• The waist has some elastic, light weight sorta sheer fabric, it has 2 layers (bottom layer is a slip)!  The skirt is in preloved worn vintage condition, it has small scuffs and light stains. The side has a small pin hole, bottom slip has missing seems.
