HIPS: 32in-40in (16in flat & 20in stretched)

LENGTH: 22.5in (measured from the side) 

• Light weight & stretchy fabric! 2 layers, both layers are a mirco mesh. The skirt is "ntw", but it has flaws due to storage. The skirt has tons of small scuffs & several stains, i'm not sure if the stains will come out.
