LENGTH: over 25in (measured from the side) 

• The waist has some elastic, the rest of the fabric doesn't have much stretch. Light weight fabric, it has 2 layers!  The skirt is in preloved worn vintage condition, it has small scuffs and marks. It doesn't have any major flaws.
