HIPS: 35in-46in (17.5in  laying flat & 23in pulled)

LENGTH: 27.5in (measured from the side) 

• The waist has some elastic, light weight sorta sheer fabric, it has 2 layers (bottom layer is a slip)!  The skirt is in preloved worn vintage condition, the top sheer fabric has small scuffs and snags. The bottom side (inner lining) has loose seems.
