HIPS: 34in-44in (17in flat & 22in stretched)
LENGTH: over 35.5in, almost 36in (measured from the side)
•Light weight, the fabric has stretch (the waist doesn't have much stretch). The skirt is in preloved vintage / flawed / worn condition, it has small scuffs, snags, and tons of loose and missing seems. The skirt has missing / loose seems on the waist area, bottom hem and below the back zipper. The side has a small pin hole. Please see all the photos carefully.
