WAIST: 30in-39in (15.5in laying flat & 19.5in stretched, not doubled)

HIPS: 40in-48in (20in flat & 24in stretched)

LENGTH: 28.5in (measured from the side) 

• 2 layers! the top layer is a sheer fabric, the bottom layer is a slip. The top layer doesn't have much stretch, this skirt is NWT but it has small scuffs and marks from storage.
