• Has shoulder pads, but you can always remove them. The waist has elastic, the rest of the item does not have much stretch. (sorta light weight fabric) The jumper is In vintage preloved condition, worn and faded.  It has some discoloration on the front knee area & back thighs. The denim also has scuffs. The previous owner hemmed the item, not 100% perfect but it can be undone.
